This has ample storage. I was able to fit all my hand tools (in the 50mm plastic ammo can, kneeler bench, kneeling cushion, knee protectors, several different fertilizers/garden sprays, a stack of burlap bags, a picnic table cloth, sundrie garden items in baggies, leaf scoops, and more with room to spare. I used two sizes of plastic milk crates to organize items ( one12" square and one 18" long) with plenty of room to stack folded burlap and tablecloth. I'm an old (73), big girl (230 lb's) and this bench holds my weigh when I have the included cushion in place, but I don't plop down or stand on it. It includes a waterproof liner that can zip shut to further protect contents. I tucked the top down inside, because I'm in and out of it frequently. This bench as been a life saver for me. I don't have to lug tools, soil, etc. upstairs from my garage, and I have an attractive seat when I need it. Very pleased with this purchase.
